Shipping and Returns
Our Guarantee
We promise our items will be as impressive in person as
they appear in the catalog or on our website. If for any reason you¹re
unsatisfied, however, just return your items within 30 days for a full
merchandise refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once furniture
orders have left our warehouse, customers are responsible for all shipping
charges. Personalized items are not returnable. After 30 days, we¹ll replace
or refund your purchase against defects. Prices are subject to change.
Return Policy
We understand that for whatever reason, even when you’ve
made a list and checked it twice, sometimes holiday gifts just don’t work out.
Fortunately, “1, 2, 3 No Changies” is not our return policy. We’re extending
our regular return policy for items purchased between October 15, 2008 and
December 24, 2008. So whether you gave or received, if you’re at all
dissatisfied with an item purchased during this time, you can return it by
January 31, 2009 for a refund of the product’s value. *
* Sorry, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
Standard & Rush Delivery
If you select “standard” shipping for your order, accessories and Lickety Split
items are shipped via standard delivery and arrive in 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are based on the total value of merchandise (see “Standard
Shipping Schedule” below). "Express" delivery orders placed by 11am CST will be
received in 2 or 3 working days. "Next Day Air" orders placed by 11am CST will
be delivered by the end of the following business day. This service is available
to most destinations. Out of stock items and furniture items should arrive in
the estimated time frame listed on the item page. (There is no “Express” or
“Next Day Air” delivery option for furniture.)

In-stock merchandise is usually delivered in about 2-4 weeks. One to two days prior to delivery, you will receive a call with a 2 to 3-hour delivery time frame. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. Sunday delivery is not available. All furniture is delivered inside the first door of your home. Furniture descriptions with a
symbol include inside delivery, assembly of furniture and
removal of packaging. Delivery service does not include disassembling or
removing old furniture.
If you have items that are not shipping via Local In-Home Delivery (i.e.,
Standard Delivery), additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post.
